9.2 Penalties

The Services marketed on the Site and any other digital content are independent of any material support and instant use. Thus, the Customer acknowledges and expressly accepts that the performance of the service of EWO Infinite Developments SA begins upon validation of payment and expressly waives his right of withdrawal.

The performance of the contract is suspended for the duration of the force majeure without any compensation to the Customer. Article 14: Intellectual property rights

If the Customer is a consumer or non-professional, the application of Swiss law is without prejudice to the application of the mandatory consumer law provisions of the country in which the consumer or non-professional is domiciled.
