Personal information collected on the Site is kept for as long as an account on the Site remains active. After a period of three years without activation of the account, the User will receive an email inviting him to confirm his wish to keep his account active. Failing this, personal data will be archived, with the exception of data relating to the User's connection details. Archived data is kept for a period of 24 months. After this period, the information stored will be used solely for statistical purposes and will be anonymous. In any event, the User may request the deletion of his/her account. Their data will then be deleted.

EWO Infinite Developments undertakes that any processor will provide sufficient contractual guarantees as to the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures, so that the processing meets the requirements of the European Data Protection Regulation. EWO Infinite Developments may use one or more sub-processors to carry out specific processing activities which will be subject to the Terms of this Policy. Any sub-contractor will not be permitted to engage a sub-contractor itself without the prior written consent of EWO Infinite Developments.

The Site is therefore likely to communicate the User's data:

• External service providers to EWO Infinite Developments responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the Services offered to Users and Customers.
